ARRIVAL AT IMPHAL – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Welcome to the enchanting North-East of India! Upon arrival at Imphal Airport, proceed for local sightseeing of Imphal. Visit the historic Kangla Fort, an important centre of Manipur's history and heritage. Continue to Shri Govindajee Temple, one of the most significant Vaishnavite temples in the region. Later, visit the famous Ima Keithel (Mother's Market), a unique market run entirely by women. Explore the vibrant local atmosphere and shop for traditional handicrafts, handlooms and local products. Later, check in to the hotel. The evening is free to relax and unwind. Overnight stay in Imphal.
EXCURSION TO MOIRANG & LOKTAK LAKE
After breakfast, proceed to Moirang. En route, visit the Japanese War Memorial. Continue to Keibul Lamjao National Park, the world's only floating national park and the natural habitat of the endangered Sangai deer. Later, visit Loktak Lake, the largest freshwater lake in North-East India, famous for its floating islands or Phumdis. Visit Sendra Island for beautiful views of the lake before returning to Imphal. Overnight stay in Imphal.
IMPHAL – KOHIMA
After breakfast, drive to Kohima. En route, visit Kisama Heritage Village, showcasing the rich culture and traditional lifestyle of the Naga tribes. The village is also the venue for the famous Hornbill Festival. Continue to Kohima and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Kohima.
KOHIMA – KHONOMA VILLAGE – DIMAPUR
After breakfast, proceed to Khonoma Village, known as the Green Village of Nagaland. Enjoy a village walk and explore its traditional Morungs, ceremonial gates and local craftsmanship. Khonoma is also known for its rich history and unique conservation practices. Later, proceed to Dimapur. Overnight stay in Dimapur.
DIMAPUR – SILCHAR
After an early breakfast, drive to Silchar via Lumding and Haflong, enjoying the scenic landscapes of Assam. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay in Silchar.
SILCHAR – AIZAWL
After breakfast, drive to Aizawl, the capital city of Mizoram. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight stay in Aizawl.
AIZAWL – HMUIFANG HILLS – AIZAWL
After early breakfast, proceed to Hmuifang Hills and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and hills. Later, return to Aizawl and visit the Mizoram State Museum and Solomon's Temple. In the afternoon, proceed towards Zuangtu and visit the Aizawl Peak Skywalk for panoramic views of the city, hills and valleys. Enjoy the beautiful sunset. Skywalk entry fees payable directly. Overnight stay in Aizawl.
AIZAWL – PANISAGAR – DHARMANAGAR
After breakfast, drive to Dharmanagar. En route, visit Panisagar, an important town in North Tripura. Continue to Dharmanagar and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Dharmanagar.
DHARMANAGAR – UNAKOTI – AGARTALA
After breakfast, proceed to Agartala. En route, visit Unakoti, an ancient archaeological site famous for its enormous rock carvings and sculptures of Lord Shiva, dating back to the 7th–9th centuries. Continue to Agartala and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Agartala.
AGARTALA – MELAGHAR – AGARTALA
After breakfast, proceed to Melaghar and visit the magnificent Neermahal Palace, a former royal palace situated in the middle of Rudrasagar Lake. Continue to Tripura Sundari Temple and later visit Sepahijala Wildlife Sanctuary, home to a variety of flora and fauna, including the Phayre's langur. Boating facilities are available at Amrit Sagar Lake. Later, return to Agartala and visit Umamaheswari Temple and Ujjayanta Palace. Boating charges payable directly. Note: Sepahijala Wildlife Sanctuary remains closed on Fridays. Overnight stay in Agartala.
DEPARTURE FROM AGARTALA
